Paul was a Scrum Master for eight years and Agile Coach for three years.
Prior to using Agile methodologies he worked within more conventional waterfall systems as a Software Developer and Manager within Waterfall type systems. So he understands the differences and benefits between such systems.
Paul has worked with major companies overseeing Agile transformations with their environments.
Having been a CST with the Scrum Alliance for the last few years Paul has developed an interactive style Certified Scrum Master course where learners gain knowledge to both pass the CSM exam, but also to implement Scrum the next day if needs be.
